1. When using steam pressure shall not exceed working pressure quota for a long time;

2. During use process, often should pay attention to the change of steam pressure, timely adjust with admission valve.

3. When admission, should slowly open valve, until reach the required pressure, if stop valve in the condensed water outlet is equipped with a steam trap, should always open the valve; If no steam trap, first open the valve until have steam overflow and slightly close the valve, open degree keeps small amount of water vapor overflow.

4. Stop after admission, should open straight cock, discharge the rest water.

5. For the tilting and stirring pot, each class before use, should add oil in the rotating parts, pay attention to the electric heating rod damage or not; For the parts of stirring melting pot, recommended cooked vegetable oil; All other parts use 30 #, 40 # machine oil.

6. Use electrical heating should always pay attention to the heat conduction oil temperature change.

7. Vertical electric heating pot after the materials are heated to the required temperature, released from the bottom of the pot.

8. In use process, the air flow cannot be closed, otherwise too high oil temperature are prone to accidents, tilting type sandwich pot should take the air flow closed when discharging, to prevent hot oil overflow.

10 After using, should cut off power supply, add water into the pot immediately, to defend electric heating rod part, prolong service life.

11. Use gas to heat should be regularly check the sealing joint.

12. Please close the steam when tilt, and then close speed switch.
