Production Process of Crispy Potato Chips Production Line

The processing technology of the potato chips production line: Wash the potato and remove the skin - Cut into slices - Rinsing - Blanch - Vibrating drying water - Frying - Oil drying - Seasoning - Packing.
1. Peeling: Potatoes should be cleaned and peeled by potato washing peeling machine.
2. Slicing: The peeled potato is cut into slice chips.
3. Rinsing: Feed the cut chips into the ozone sterilizer and rinse the surface of the mucus.
4. Blanching: The slice potato chips into the blanching machine to remove the oxidase from the potato chips to prevent the color change and accelerate the dehydration.
5. Vibrating drying water: The washed potato slices go into the vibrator to remove excess water.
6. Deep Frying: The potato slices after removing water are sent to the frying machine for frying.
7. Oil drying: Potato slices after frying, through the air drying elevator to the deoil treatment, feed into the mixer for the seasoning
8, Seasoning: Mixing materials, automatic control speed and the capacity of the material, equipped with automatic feeding device, can adjust the size of feeding amount,fully mixing potato chips with seasoning powder.
9. Weighing packaging: Potato chips with good taste will be sent to the packaging machine for vacuum packing or ordinary packing by lifting the conveyor belt, which can be added to the weighing mechanism if necessary.
