Fried French Fries Production Process

First Fried French fries production line process: Potatoes cleaning peeling- Cutting - Rinsing - Blanching - vibration dewatering - Frying - Deoiling - Seasoning mixing - Weighing and packing.
1, Peeling: Potatoes enter the potato peeling machine for cleaning and peeling.
2, Cutting: After peeling potatoes by high-speed chips cutting machine cut into chips.
3, Rinsing: The cut chips into therinding machine fro removing the surface mucous.
4, Blanching: Rinse clean chips into blanching machine for blanching, with oxidase in passivation chips, to prevent deterioration of colour and lustre, accelerate dehydration.
5, Vibration dewatering machine: After blanching, the potato chips into the drying machine vibration drop to remove excess water.
6, Continuous frying: After removing extra water, lifted by elevating conveyer to continuous frying machine processing.
7, Deoiling: After frying, through deoiling machine for oil removing processing, into the mixing machine for sauce.
8, Mixing materials: Mixing materials type seasoning cylinder, the machine has the Angle automatic control speed and the capacity of the material, equipped with automatic feeding device, can adjust the size of feeding amount, French fries and seasoning powder mix.
9, Weighing and packing:The flavored French fries, enhance conveyor belt to packaging machine by vacuum packaging or packaging, if needed can be mounted to the weighing mechanism.
Note: this equipment adjustment process can be made frozen French fries.
