This sorting grading machine is widely used in grading and sorting orange, litchi, dates, potato and other round, oval sahpe products, which sort products based on products size. The roller grader is mainly composed of frame, drive motor, grade hopper, gear cover, cylinder etc. 

Working principle: 
 

Rotary drum completes rotation under the drive of driving motor, due to the size of the holes is different in different regions of the roller. Fruit and vegetable raw materials through conveyor are evenly conveyed into the cylinder. With the aid of the rotation of the drum materials continuously, because of the tilt cylinder, the materials move from high to low in the effect of gravity slowly, at this time, materials with different diameter drop from the roller to the hopper from different hole in the roller. The size of the material, in turn, is graded, so as to achieve the aim of fruit and vegetable classification.
