Banana Chips Manufacturing Machine Introduction

Raw bananas → Slicing into uniform slices → Frying → Deoiling → Flavoring → Packaging

• Banana Chips Slicer Machine: Bananas are cut into chips with uniform thickness by a high-speed cutting machine.
• Banana Chips Frying Machine: The chips sent to the fryer by the lifting conveyor for frying.
• Deoiling Machine: The fried banana chips are drained and treated by deoiler, and then sent to the mixer for seasoning.
• Seasoning Machine: The mixing machine has a tilting seasoning roller, equipped with an automatic powder feeding device, and fully mix the banana chips and the seasoning powder.
• Banana Chips Packaging Machine: Adjust the flavored banana chips, and send to the packaging machine for vacuum packaging or ordinary packaging. If necessary, add the weighing mechanism.
