Food processing, restaurant chain, central kitchen, vegetable processing. This cutter is used to cut potato, sweet potato and onion into strips or slices. It works with high efficiency, 600kg/h, simple appearance and structure, stainless steel body means the machine is durable.

• Place potato cutter on a dry, ventilated level surface before use, to ensure machine work smoothly and reliably.
• The discharging hood can be picked up and removed. For packaging and transportation, it is generally removed from the casing. After the machine is placed, connect the discharge hood to the housing with the pin.
• Check the parts before use, whether the fasteners are loose during transportation, whether the switch and power cord are damaged due to transportation, and whether there is any foreign matter in the hopper or the casing.
• Check if the power supply voltage matches the voltage used by the unit. Extend the power cord, ground the yellow-green core with the grounding symbol reliably, and connect remaining three cores (two for the single-phase motor) to the terminals of the circuit breaker (air switch).
• Close the circuit breaker, start the open button, depending on whether the turntable is running in the correct direction, observe the clockwise rotation from the inlet port to be correct, otherwise adjust the power cord, and the turntable will run in the correct direction after no-load test run.
