Operating Steps for Snack Seasoning Equipment

(1) Connect seasoning equipment to power supply. This flavouring drum uses 220v power input, output roller motor is: 380v, and the dusting motor is 220v.

(2) Start drum motor, and the drum will start slowly until normal speed. The dusting motor is started and dusting device starts working.

(3) The raw materials that need to be stirred and seasoned are conveyed into seasoning drum by a conveyor or artificial slowly from the feeding inlet

(4) Start the dusting motor, make seasoning uniformly sprayed inside the drum

(5) Check each operating part and start work after confirming normal operation.

(6) If the rotation speed is too fast, the frequency converter knob can be rotated to the left, the rotation speed will slow down, and the minimum speed can not be lower than 70% of maximum rotation speed.

(7) If the material moves forward in the drum too fast, reduce the roller slope, it is too slow then increase roller tilt.
